
Mary Pat Magee is a long-time practicing attorney in Monmouth County. She concentrates her practice in the areas of estate and trust planning and administration, federal estate and gift taxation, New Jersey inheritance tax and charitable giving.
Mary Pat is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and is a past Chair of its Board of Consultors of the Real Property Trust and Estate Law Section. This section studies and comments on proposed legislation in the trust and estate field. She is a member and past president of the Estate and Financial Planning Council of Central New Jersey and a member and past chair of the Probate Committee of the Monmouth County Bar Association. Most recently Mary Pat received an Excellence Award from the Monmouth Bar Association for her work in probate and estate administration. Mary Pat has also been recognized by Best Lawyers, a national organization which evaluates attorneys in the various fields based upon the recommendations of their peers. Mary Pat is distinguished for her work in the estate and trust law field.
Mary Pat is a graduate of Seton Hall Law School in Newark NJ, Saint Peter’s University College in Jersey City, NJ and a Certificate Holder from the Sorbonne in Paris, France. She is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey.
Mary Pat lives with her husband in Spring Lake, NJ where they raised their children. She is now the happy grandmother of three little ones!
