Dana been practicing at the current locations in Red Bank and Lakewood for over 20 years. Her practice is focused in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, tax matters, family business planning and charitable planning. She is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York.

Dana received her undergraduate degree in political science from Villanova University, her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, and her LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law. Upon graduating law school, Dana clerked for the Honorable John A. McLaughlin in Hudson County.

Dana is a member of the American College of Trust & Estate Counsel (ACTEC).  ACTEC is a non-profit association of lawyers and law professionals who have made substantial contributions to the field of trusts and estates through writing, teaching and bar leadership activities.  The ACTEC website (www.actec.org) has a great deal of information and resources for the public.

Dana is also the current Chair of the Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association, a Board Member (and past Chair) of the Monmouth County Probate Committee, member (and past President) of the Estate & Financial Planning Council of Central New Jersey, and member of the New York Bar Association and American Bar Association.  She also serves on the Board of the Brookdale Community College Foundation.  Dana is a frequent lecturer on topics pertaining to wills, trusts, estates, estate taxes and estate planning for retirement benefits.

Dana is originally from Ocean County and now resides in Marlboro with her family.
